Another Moving Update

It’s all systems go for a move this Saturday.  We closed on the loan for the new house, without a hitch, yesterday evening.  We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Maryanne at Security Savings Bank in Olathe on this.  The U-Haul reservation is confirmed, as are the wonderfully generous people who have volunteered to help with the move on Saturday.  The DirecTV installer and Internet installation are also scheduled for Saturday, so those transitions should be seamless.  We actually take possession of the house Thursday evening, and we’ve got furniture and a refridgerator being delivered on Friday. All in all, things are going incredibly smoothly (knock on wood).

I sent e-mail out today to everyone for whom I had an e-mail address in my address book with our new address and phone number.  If you didn’t get the e-mail and need the info, please send me an e-mail asking for it (the new info will be unlisted).
