CDC Puppet Show

The plan for tonight was to meet for a quick dinner at iHOP and then head back to the CDC for a Puppet Show. But at dinner, it was clear that Jonathan wasn’t feeling well. He ate fine, but he was fussier than usual, and Miriam noticed that he was grabbing at his ears. Luckily, we’d come in two cars. So Miriam headed to After Hours Pediatrics (which, by the way, makes an after-hours visit with a doctor with a sick kid much less unpleasant than you woudl otherwise believe possible) and I headed to the CDC with Mikaela for the Puppet Show. As you can see from the picture, she loved the show.

Meanwhile, Miriam’s mother’s instinct was right on target. Poor Jonathan has a double ear infection.
