Mikaela got home from CDC with exciting news today - she lost another tooth. In the picture here, you can also see her first adult tooth, coming in right next too the hole from the new missing tooth.
With a wink and a nod, Mikaela and I agreed that I would “pretend” to be the Tooth Fairy tonight; and she would pretend not to know that I was pretending to be the Tooth Fairy. That way, when her friends asked her about the Tooth Fairy’s visit tomorrow, she wouldn’t feel so compelled to share with them “the truth” about the Tooth Fairy.
