After a couple of weeks of almost crawling, Jonathan is mobile. We’ve got a lot of work to do to be ready for this - there are outlets that need covers and stuff that needs to be moved to higher shelves. Jonathan still sometimes finds himself “stuck in reverse” - crawling backwards, and getting farther and farther from whatever it was he thought he was moving toward. But there’s no going back for us from here. It’s a whole new ballgame now - we have to watch much closer when he’s playing on the floor, and we can never be sure that where we put him down is where he’s going to be just a minute or two later.
