As you can see from the picture, Mikaela is THRILLED to be a big sister. She couldn’t wait to come to the hospital to see her baby brother Jonathan. Marcia Perkins was a huge help, picking up Mikaela at the CDC and bringing her to the hospital.
Mikaela wants to hold Jonathan every chance she gets. And true to her “mother hen” nature, she wants to do anything she can to help when he gets fussy. Tonight, she discovered that Jonathan likes to suck on her finger, and that it helps to quiet him. She’s happy to serve as her brother’s binky.
