Spider-Woman Mikaela

Mikaela got a new toy today. Starting tonight, she gets to sleep in her very own, super-cool, tent! (At least that’s the way we’ve sold it to her). It seems that last night, while spending the night with Grandma Marcia and Zaydie Larry, Mikaela displayed the advances she has made as a climber. She climbed out of her crib – and that first step is a doozy! Mikaela is fine – there’s a reason they call ‘em “bouncing babies”, but we decided that we’d try to avoid a repeat performance here at home. So we went shopping today and bought a Cozy Crib Tent. It was really easy to connect to the crib, and there’s no way she’s climbing out now. It’s hard to say whether sleeping in the tent makes Mikaela mad (we kind of expected it to). Miriam and Mikaela played hard today, so Mikaela was really too exhausted when Miriam put her down tonight to know what her true reaction will be. I’m sure we’ll hear about it in the morning
